 63. And Ibadurrahman, the slaves of the Most Beneficent (Allâh), are those who walk on the earth In humility and sedateness, and when the foolish address them (with bad words) they reply back with mild Words of gentleness. 64. and those who spend the night before their Lord, prostrate and standing. 65. and those who say: "Our Lord! avert from us the torment of Hell. Verily! its torment is ever an inseparable, permanent punishment." 66. evil indeed it (Hell) is as an abode and as a place to dwell. 67. and those, Who, when they spend, are neither extravagant nor niggardly, but hold a medium (way) between those (extremes). 68. and those who invoke not any other Ilâh (God) along with Allâh, nor kill such life as Allâh has forbidden, except for just Cause, nor commit illegal sexual intercourse and whoever does This shall receive the punishment. 69. the torment will be doubled to Him on the Day of Resurrection, and He will abide therein In disgrace; 70. except those who repent and believe (in Islâmic Monotheism), and do righteous deeds, for those, Allâh will change their sins into good deeds, and Allâh is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful. 71. and Whosoever repents and does righteous good deeds, Then Verily, He repents towards Allâh with true repentance. |
The Blessed Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) has said “Any person who goes along a course seeking knowledge, Allah will make for him the path to Paradise easy because of it. .” With that hadith in mind, Ibadurrahman seeks to share authentic traditional Islamic sacred knowledge to our youth along with the wisdom of how to apply it in our modern world. Success in this world and in the eternal hereafter lies only in being true Ibadurrahman, servants of the most gracious, as described in the above ayas. We aim to revive the love for Allah (SWT)and his Messenger (PBUH) in our hearts and instill preference for the eternal life to this transient world so that real success and happiness is attained.
We welcome people of all ages, cultures, backgrounds—from high school and college students to imams, doctors, and community leaders, to spend some time to soften their hearts in the remembrance of Allah (SWT) and reflect over the sacred knowledge which has been entrusted to us. Through proper knowledge, outward practice, and inward spirituality, we can all become true Ibadurrahman and Awliyaullah (friends of Allah).

“Behold! verily on the friends of Allah there is no fear, nor shall they grieve; Those who believe and (constantly) guard against evil;-For them are glad tidings, in the life of the present and in the Hereafter; no change can there be in the words of Allah. This is indeed the supreme felicity.” (10:62-64) |
